Fun Halloween Activities Planned at the
Farm
Not-So-Scary Halloween Hay Rides: Join us October 22nd, 23rd, 29th & 30th from 6:30-8:00 p.m. for evening hay rides. Tractor-pulled wagon rides tour the dark and spooky woods. Illuminated Halloween decorations and path lights keep the ride mild enough for small children, but sightings of witches and scarecrows will keep you on your toes! Refreshments will be available. $6 per person suggested donation goes to our animal rescue efforts. Click here for more.
Halloween
Stall Party: Take part in a grab-bag
of fun and games at our Halloween Stall Party on Saturday, October 23. Horses
make way for fun as their barn stalls fill with Halloween-themed activities
and treats for young children. There will be face painting, games and crafts
in the barn, and pony rides in the arena. All the farm animals will also be
available to see. Admission is $10 per participating child (adults are free)
with all proceeds benefitting our animal rescue efforts. The farm will be open
from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, but participants should arrive between 11:00-1:30
to allow time to complete the activities. The event will take place rain or
shine. Click here for more.

The Halloween Stall Party
was a Fun Fall Treat
We would like to thank all the staff, volunteers, and participants who made our annual Halloween party so much fun. The farm animals loved visiting with children and watching them enjoy a sunny day of costumes, crafts, candy, activities, and pony rides!
We also would like to thank the volunteers of the East Haddam Ambulance Association who so kindly welcomed kids and their parents into their new ambulance to learn about mobile emergency care.

Last Night for Halloween Hayrides
Our first three nights of Not-So-Scary Hay Rides have been great fun. Only one more evening remains. Join us tonight, October 30th from 6:00-8:00 p.m. for tractor-pulled wagon rides that tour the dark autumn woods. Illuminated Halloween decorations and path lights keep the ride mild enough for small children, but spooky or kooky sightings will keep you on your toes! Refreshments will be available. $6 per person suggested donation goes to our animal rescue efforts. Click here for more.
